No. Once purchased, your credits stay in your account until you use them.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any unused credits. Used credits are not eligible for a refund since the AI generation has already been delivered. If you experience a technical issue where a credit was consumed but no image was generated, contact us at support@tryarchi.com and we’ll restore it.

Yes. Your photos are stored securely via Supabase, payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor, and all connections are encrypted with HTTPS. We never share your data with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service.
