By accessing or using Archi (“the Service”), operated at tryarchi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Archi is an AI-powered platform that generates facade renovation ideas from photos you upload. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce design suggestions, which are intended for inspiration and visualization purposes only.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits & Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes one credit.
• Credits are purchased as one-time payments. All prices are displayed before purchase.
• Credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected.

5. Refund Policy

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used.
• Used credits are not eligible for a refund, as the AI generation service has already been delivered.
• If only some credits from a purchase have been used, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion at our discretion.
• If you experience a technical issue where a credit was consumed but no image was generated, please contact us and we will restore the credit.
• To request a refund, email support@tryarchi.com with your account email and order details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
• Resell or redistribute generated images as a competing service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads — you retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• Generated images — AI-generated designs are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use them for renovation planning, sharing, or presentations.
• Our service — the Archi brand, website design, and underlying technology remain our property.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated renovation ideas are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. They do not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before undertaking any renovation work. We make no guarantees about the feasibility, accuracy, or structural safety of any AI-generated design.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Archi available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy (Section 5), except in cases of termination due to Terms violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
